The French corner

I was born in France and I love to make ads in French when I have a chance. This is a selection of some of my favorite work.

Client: The French Hiking Federation.

The first print invites people to “invest in stone”, which refers to the famous saying “invest in real estate”. Nature lovers are invited to make a donation for the preservation of trails.

The second one says “Don’t forget to lace your shoes”, “laces” in French also refers to twists and turns in the road.

Client: The National Rugby League.

The goal was to encourage fans to come to the stadium and watch the action live during the finals.

“The best scenario and always a great ending”. “Chute” means both “ending” and “fall” in French.

Client: VW electric range

During the FIFA World Cup, we wanted to make fun of noisy supporters in order to highlight the silence of VW electric models.

“Thanks to those who add ten “ooo” to “goal”

“Thanks to the admirers of the ref’s mom”

“Thanks to all the drivers/managers”

“Thanks to those who play La Marseillaise with their honk.”

“Thanks to those who can predict fouls.”

Thanks to you, silence has never been so beautiful.

Client: Vistaprint

This is a French adaptation of a Christmas campaign. I rewrote Sinatra’s classic song “Unforgettable” with French lyrics.

Client: Paypal

An ad for the Pay in 4 product. It was translated into 3 languages and ran in France, Italy and Spain.
